I'm so happy to share my experience so others may benefit! I've given continuation of our coaching a lot of thought, and as much as I would love to continue, we need to recover financially from some year end surprises, Christmas, ski trip, etc. get our ducks back in a row and let the dust settle.
I am going to continue the PQ growth for a bit and get through most of the modules. Also, I'd love to stay in touch down the road for future coaching engagements. You are definitely who I will come back to for 1:1 coaching!
By the way, I attended that exclusive annual company event I mentioned, and it was amazing. I was a completely different person from the person I was who attended our client conference back in June. I was calm, composed, social, networking, fun, etc. I spoke first and introduced myself to executives I hadn't met before. I was very intentional about asking questions to carry on conversations. I wasn't nervous..it felt very natural. I left when I needed to call it quits and not overstay to conserve my energy. I was my authentic self and really stepped out of my comfort zone to let my personality shine. My boss noticed a tremendous difference and transformation. He is super proud and pleased with the results of our work together and the time, effort, and investment put in. Our leader of the department of training and development who approved the coaching also met with me to hear about it, and I recommended this program for other sr leaders transitioning into executive leadership.
