OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! all of this is super helpful but i will say i have been plagued with illness my whole life and i def don’t understand myself so all of this is super on point. I love it so much. I’m going to take in the recommendations, and I'm going to get further into my wellness and abundance work with some of this as well. I’ve been implementing the principles besides eating in the dark, i just cut the lights off but sometimes natural light is coming in.Thank you so much!!!
